We have received an increasing number of questions and requests from customers outside Sweden, particularly regarding repairs and purchases of fully working IVT Rego 600 control units.

Several customers from Austria, Denmark, Norway, and Finland have contacted us. We are happy to see this growing interest and have therefore been considering offering our products and repair services internationally.

Unfortunately, due to EU packaging regulations, we have decided not to move forward with these plans.

This means that we are unable to accept orders or offer shipping to Austria, Denmark, Norway, Finland, or any other country outside Sweden.

Why don't we ship outside Sweden?

The EU has introduced a new regulation called PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation), which started to apply on August 12, 2026.

The purpose of this regulation is to reduce packaging waste and improve recycling across Europe.

However, the rules also mean that businesses shipping products to other EU countries may need to register in each country, report how much packaging they send, pay recycling fees, and handle additional paperwork.

Even sending a single small package to another EU country can mean extra requirements and costs.

For a small business like ours, following all these rules in multiple countries is simply too expensive and complicated.

We have therefore decided not to introduce international shipping as long as the PPWR requirements remain as they are today.

What does this mean for international customers?

We only accept orders with delivery addresses within Sweden. Any orders placed with a delivery address outside Sweden will be cancelled and fully refunded.

This also means that we cannot currently accept IVT Rego 600 control units sent from abroad for repair and return shipping.

We understand that this is disappointing, especially for customers who have difficulty finding replacement control units or repair services in their own countries.

We really appreciate the interest from international customers and would love to make our products and services available across Europe. Unfortunately, with the current regulations, that is simply not realistic for us.

We hope things will change in the future, but for now, the EU really needs to get its act together.
